Couple years ago there was huge churn due to two toxic people on the team that were trying to take the office in another direction. - Nepotism: I have never seen nepotism like I did at this company. Upper management hiring their friends and they hire their friends to fill other positions. - Bullying: As if the micromanaging of absolutely incompetent managers wasn’t enough, the only tool they use to (i use this term very loosely) “motivate” the employees is intimidation, closeted threats and basically bullying. - This company embodies all the worst cliches of an evil American corporation. Not a smidge of respect for their employees, no compassion. They don’t see you as human beings so don’t expect humanity. Unless you’re a friend, then you’ll get handed leads and praise even if you’re not doing anything worthy, while the actually talented few people get overworked and overlooked. - Also since the reviews on here are showing their true face they’re asking employees to write 5 star reviews, which is not surprising because this kind of behavior is second nature.
