Pros
- Small business to make quick decision and Ideas get heard - Company culture is warm and welcoming from every department - Quick growth opportunity to move up the sales ladder - Hybrid in-office work environment - I miss people! - 1/2 day every other Friday, Grubhub every other week, and WFH reimbursements
Cons
- With every tech job there is a learning curve. They are addressing this by hiring new sale enablement that will make the process go smoother going forward - Sometimes early 7:30AM meetings to sync with Amsterdam office. - Company has grown a lot this past year so you may have to help with cross over department roles to help with transitions. not a bad thing, just different.
