Schedules are highly flexible. Depending on location, you can make your own schedule and change it every week if you wanted to. Hours during the day are also flexible.

Cons

They limit hours for part-time employees, and will cut your hours if sales are down. You can be limited to 12-18 hours a week or even less depending on the situation.
