Pros
Fastenal is a great company to work for if you are self driven and looking for opportunity. Through my years at Fastenal I have been able to be part of large impacts and even design and build my own teams to help the Blue team grow and service our customers. Another thing I love about Fastenal is that if you have an idea or something you want to try it is encourage. Failing isn't a bad thing as long as you learned why your plan didn't works and have a way to adjust, fix, and try again.
Cons
Benefits aren't something I would brag about. They have gotten better recently but we could continue to work on our benefits.
