Pros

It's is fun to go out on sales calls and build relationships with clients. I enjoy the camraderie that comes from working in a small, tight-knit group.

Cons

There is a lot to learn in a very short period of time. It is sometimes difficult to manage customer base in only eighteen hours per week.

No sense of business or managerial skills. No attention to safety, OSHA would have a field day at this place...saw a man hit by forklift nothing was ever done about it. everyone is part-time so no need to pay benefits..another sad scranton co about to die

Pros

I had a very easy going experience with the company. I worked with a Outside Sales Rep and our GM and it was like hanging with the guys every day. I did my job and had fun hanging with my co-workers. Customers were nice and easy going as well.

Cons

Pay sucked of course. It is a very monotonous job and the room for growth is very lateral and not worth the terrible pay and minor opportunity for elevation.
