Pros

Medical and health benefits are a pro. Really enjoy the moral boosters for this company. The pros are paid vacation. Great

Cons

The general manager can be a micro manager. There is always changing the way commission is disseminated. Some of the new accounts commission incentives are not appropriate.

Pros

Introduction into supply chain operations, sales, and customer service at a retail store. The FSB is a good for people to help build their skills, knowledge and experience. In addition, you learn the MS Office Suite through the FSB.

Cons

The timeline the FSB gives for part time employees to complete training seems unrealistic and daunting due to time restraints. Employees seem to move up quite quickly up to GM, and there it seems like they are stuck until they are transferred, fired, quit or want to relocate near a hub.
