Pros
No Drug Test and Easy Base Money. Freedome to plan out your day as far as who you decide to go see. You can be as productive or as sloth as you choose. There are some days where you can choose to do almost nothing. Those are what I call "working off days". Everyone needs them from time to time to keep the brain fresh and the body free from stress. It only helps to preserve your longevity as you bust your ass for the company. The lower level people appreciate it and will tell you at the drop of a dime.
Cons
Long Hours, Robotic Processes, Doing the Work of the Professional People who feel like they shouldn't have to do it. There's is no way they pay enough to do all the work I am supposed to do. Ifg people did their jobs instead of piling it on me and my job title, then life would be so much easier. You have people in positions with degrees for their field and fell like they shouldn't have to do thneir specified jobs. Piling it on people who can't do your job as well as you can only creates more problems and creates bigger hassles.
