      Pros

      Great ride along with other sales people lots of great information, introduced to all the customers went very smooth...did not feel any high pressure to sell things that customer did not need.

      Cons

      starting wadge was a little low, but ok.. did not get a lot of product information only one day of training.

      Pros

      Company present good advancement opportunities, good distinction between work and personal life. I would recommend anyone to work here if you are motivated and looking for a good opportunity.

      Cons

      Seems like each week the company is changing the expectations. They do not focus on one thing, and although you must excel in all areas it would be nice to know what the company wants most.

      Pros

      With Fastenal you have much more than just another job. A person can truly build a career. As long as one doesn't mind hard work. The tools to succeed are readily available to those that wish to learn. You can make a great living by dedicating yourself to Fastenal.

      Cons

      If i had one negative statement to make about Fastenal it would be in regards to antiquated procedures at the store level. Fastenal has one of tge best Point of Sale syatems I have seen. Stores need to learn how to use it to its full potential.
