Pros
They will hire anyone. They give part time a good amount of days off. Encourage people to work extra hours.
Cons
Managment has no clue on what is going on. Sets your daily numbers too high. Little pay for the amount of work. Managment is disrespectful to part time employees. Understaffed. Christmas bonus was a box of old candy. You have to work a lot of hours just to make enough to pay some bills.
