      FatCats is a great place to grow and expand. As they grow, they develop the business and you must be willing to do the same.

      Be very careful with WLB in the entertainment industry as a whole.

      Employee level people are great and most really care about their positions and the customers they serve.

      Cons

      If you love micromanagement from corporate, this is the place you want to be. Forget being a free-thinker, you’ll just be beaten down from above. It is their way or the highway mentality.
