Very innovative platform, a lot of motivated scientists, passionate about the science

Cons

a lot of office politics, even though we're all one company, teams were very territorial about projects/programs, and often forget about the end goal of trying to accomplish a viable cell therapy product. Clear favoritism by upper management with people with PhDs and people without PhDs.
