Pros

-Great work/life balance. You are not expected to work more than 40 hrs per week. -Travel potential. Opportunity to travel to industry events around the US and Canada -Growing industry. The accounting and FinTech space is only growing and there is a lot of opportunity still!

Cons

-Head office in Australia means that there are time zone challenges and delayed communication.
