Pros

- Good product - Friendly coworkers - Work/life balance

Cons

- Weak/non-existent leadership, and no company goals - Given the leadership void, there are childish politics, and a ridiculous amount of territorial behavior - No room for career growth. When an opening arises, someone external will be brought in above you - Thus, many ambitious employees have given up or moved on - Extremely slow and exclusive decision-making processes for such a small company - Management will not entertain the idea of performance-based compensation, even for sales and account management

Authentic Positive Culture

Pros

As a relatively new staff member the first thing I noticed while working at Fathom is the authentic and positive welcoming culture. The team is genuinely friendly and works peacefully and collaboratively together. There are frequent mini celebrations for things like birthdays, happy hours, product launches and important dates and there is a lovely casual culture in the office. Work and family balance is a focus and the flexibility around caring for little ones or doing the school drop off is probably the best I have come across. Due to their success, Fathom is growing rapidly and it's exciting to be on board for the next chapter.

Organic growth, industry leading product

Cons

Hard to get any attention from the head office in Australia despite the US generates a lot more revenue than all other markets

Thanks for providing feedback on this area. We now have a health benefits package available for all our staff in the United States. And to improve communication and collaboration across our US, UK and Australian teams, we now have a dedicated global leadership role within our head office.
