Unbelievable service & support with amazing provided technology. The leadership is very responsive whether it is my District Director or not, they're always there to lend a hand. We are now Agent Owned, what a blessing it is to know I can leave more to my family. I am blessed to say I joined Fathom Realty and made it home very early, 2010 and it was the best decision of my 11 year career.

When I was approached by a Fathom agent and they told me what Fathom is about I decided to speak to the management about possibly coming onboard. After speaking with them, there attitude of serving there agents, the mission statement to transform the real estate industry by serving others was so contagious I could not say no. I truly love this company from the top to everyone I work with daily. Servant Leadership at its finest! The technology, support and being apart of a family that helps each other is amazing. Not to mention the 100% commission is awesome!
