9yI am so sorry you had trouble reaching someone when you had questions. We clearly failed to communicate with you that at Fathom, if you can't reach your manager, then you can call any of our other managers. Unlike most companies, our brokers all work together to help each other so our agents never have to wait for a response. We also have a dedicated technology support line and agent sorry line that our agents can call anytime. I will make sure we do a better job of making sure our agents are aware of all the support options. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
