From the technology to the company support, I absolutely love Fathom Realty. This brokerage definitely checks all of my boxes. Recorded trainings and regular team gathering opportunities.

Cons

None that I can think of. You get out what you put into your real estate career. It's definitely a hustle for success!

Some find that the remote option is not for them; however, I love the flexibility it gives me to put life first before work while still accomplishing everything I need, without the burnout.
