Pros

The management did a good job with financial transparency every quarter and profit sharing, with everyone's bonuses tied to different KPIs

Cons

Not that much career mobility due to the company's size, but a lot of career mobility if you decide to branch to the parent company, PCC

A lot of Turnover

Pros

VP of Sales (now retired) had a lot of experience to share and learn from; able to see the full cycle of a product from inception to delivery

Cons

Bad overall morale in employees coming from legacy privately owned days and new employees in the now corporate owned days. Very low compensation

Lots of Big Words, Very Few Actions

Pros

The group on the shop floor is a great group to work with. The Ops team is in sync most of the time and wants to get things done.

Cons

The shop floor vs. office mgmt. divide is HUGE. The engineering staff fight every improvement the shop tries to make. There's no hope for any significant raise and the "quarterly bonus" that is supposed to make up for it has been going down.
