      Good group of employees, everyone is dedicated and works hard

      The remorseless expectations of barely attainable revenue goals coupled with the relentless pursuit of ever increasing cost savings has sucked any morale out of this company. PCC is a bully owner that has ruined FTI both for the employees and the customers.

      They will pay you I guess

      Cons

      Managers have so much on their plate that important tasks and issues often go overlooked. It’s easy for rank and file employees to be completely ignored for an entire day by their supervisors due to the laze fair culture. Something will come up and 8 people will run around like their heads are cut off rather than coming up with a plan for efficiency wkth employees’ time.
