      There is a good chinck of hard working peoplenwho keep this company going. People who give up their weekends, holidays and evenings to make sure the company meets it's goals.

      Cons

      Too much micro managing and politics. If you are not a brown noser, you are over looked by management. Your options don't matter and growth potential is essentially none existent.
