      - Great corporate benefits from H-E-B; 401k matching, health/vision/dental, 3yr vesting stock plan. - Great place to work if you keep your head down, get some experience, and move on.

      Cons

      - Middle and upper management is all ego. Tenure, nepotism, and social standing mean more than actual skill at Favor. - Favor's goal is to provide exceptional service and support while treating its hourly support teams like second-class garbage. - Learning & Development kept dissolving, opportunities and events were canceled without notice. - Pay never kept up with the cost of living. Merit raises were taken away during compensation analysis burning years of experience. - Burnout went unrecognized and a lot of talent left the company in recent years. - Core values were used as weapons in employee reviews. Honest about your stress levels? That's not "good vibes." - "Culture fit" is an excuse for ageism across the company. - Huge lack of diversity in management roles.
