      Pros

      Amazing office space full of perks. "Start-up" culture - relaxed, young people, access to leadership. Backing from HEB - this helps with hiring, marketing dollars, distribution

      Cons

      Lack of innovation and willing to challenge the status quo No appetite to compete vs top players like DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc from a marketing perspective. Poor leadership - blame culture, go behind the back, lack of transparency, lack of autonomy for senior roles.

      Team members on the creative team are all about good vibes and are seriously talented and great to work with

      it's easy to get bogged down in the weeds of creative that keeps the lights on but there is exciting stuff happening.

      Pros

      Efficiency and innovation, they strive to be the best at least on their internal teams.

      Cons

      Not enough innovation around how we compare to competitors. Extremely demeaning and childish culture around texting and emojis and the appropriate way to use an emoji or how it could come across or being escalated on because someone takes issue especially if it's your job to create accountability. It's like walking a tightrope all the time and highly stressful.
