They placed my account on hold and may permanently deactivate because they think someone else is running my account. I provided over 25 screenshots of receipts, text threads, gave them contact info and address for my full time job, my car make, model, etc... Everything but my social. They have deactivated my account for a week during the promotion where I would receive a $600 bonus to sign up and complete 100 favors in 2 months. I've been working day and night on this between this and my full time job. They have undoubtedly done this to cut the promotional bonus payout for any new members signing up for this promotion. I had about 10 favors left to go... So they let me do all that work not to follow through....
