      Pros

      Very good vibes and everyone is very nice. Remote work is peaceful you do have the option to work in their office or just visit if you ever want to but it’s 100% remote. Paid weekly.

      Cons

      Could pay more. Support gets $17 base page after 6pm during the week it increases by $1 and on weekends it’s $2. Sounds nice but if you can afford to pay almost $20 i think the base pay should be $20 for all support agents.

      Pros

      This company truly lives by its values. Leadership is transparent and empowering. As someone on the engineering team, I truly feel that we're in total control of our work. And there is a legitimate emphasis on quality of life.

      Cons

      While career development is something that actually happens at Favor, it is unfortunate that we don't receive any sort of benefit toward paying for things like courses or continued education.
