Pros

The pay was decent, and the staff was awesome. Most of the students were also (of course the bad apples tried their very best to spoil the bunch.) Very rewarding job.

Cons

The bad apples, no opportunity for advancement, no raises, only part time.

FTCC is great place to work staff and faculty always willing to help.

Cons

FTCC does pay well in my opinion. It is a great place to work but it seems that the school does not appreciate their employees.

Pros

The hiring process is generally very easy, nearly too easy. FTCC has job stability and is a well-known employer in Cumberland County.

Cons

Horrible pay and no benefits. Unfair work conditions, as you will work with full-time workers and do the same amount of work that they do in 40 hours in 28 hours and for half the pay. Management makes questionable decisions such as sending employees off site to work at other establishments on the clock.
