Pros
They do not micromanage which can be good or bad depending on your position, knowledge and ability to self sustain. At one point it was a very tight group of highly driven and focused individuals driving forward with the same goals, focused on continued growth and production. The most attractive aspect of the company was how tight the organization was in the beginning. They truly made you feel like you were part of something special. You always felt engaged and truly felt as if you were part of a large extended family.Lack of training and leadership.
Cons
Isolation and the overall sink or swim attitude companywide. Lack of support from the back office.
