Pros

Feazel has always stayed 3 years ahead of the competition. I am writing this review from a place of love. The construction industry as a whole has changed so much over the last 2 years. As a person who is well connected within the roofing community I can honestly say Feazel is FAR ahead of the pack. I love how proactive we are and couldn't be happier to be apart of the best roofing organization in the country.

Cons

This industry is based on heavily on the economy. Feazel will make you adapt to the market changes. You can't be unwilling to learn and excel here.

Pros

Some of the people are cool.

Cons

The execs are children and waste money as such. They laid off about half of the workforce this year and quietly changed the policy so that they didn't have to pay out any time off.
