Pros

The facility is new. Solid sales team.

Cons

Unbelievable turn over rate at this place. Little to no training whatsoever so plan on figuring out how to navigate through their personalized salesforce software and when you do, you should expect to train other new employees who have no idea what they’re doing. Coworkers are constantly working against you with absent minded folks in managerial roles either don’t care or don’t notice it. Going back to supervisors, you won’t understand how they got into that position in the first place. They have little to no class and obviously never took a buisness ethics course in their life. Most of them would fail at supervising a small campfire. I was asked daily to perform other tasks that took me away from my primary work responsibilities with no appreciation whatsoever. Ok now on to customer service… We were told to mislead customers about the true nature of the issues they were having with their roofs so that we didn’t have to foot the bill ourselves. Also, it was never a good idea to tell home owners when we were going to show up to put their roof on because most of the time a higher paying customer would be allowed to take the place of just about anybody. We were encouraged to do everything we could to get customers to erase/edit a bad review especially the ones flowing in from the BBB. In short, this place has awful leadership and management, horrendous roof workmanship which go hand in hand with customer service, topped off with the most absurdly toxic environment I’ve ever encountered makes this co an easy pass. If you avoid this warning or have started a position here before reading this review, my best advice is to just perform only the job responsibilities you were hired on for and when asked to help train another employee, or some other ridiculous task, tell them no and explain why. Just worry about yourself and your position and go above your supervisors if something is wrong. If you see something say something these people don’t have your back they fold faster than the game pieces on “Guess Who”.

Hi, and thank you first and foremost for sharing your thoughts and opinions regarding our company. We’re sorry that you feel this way, as we pride ourselves on creating and fostering a work environment that is fulfilling, inclusive, and meets the satisfaction of every employee. Additionally, we take an enormous amount of pride in treating our customers with respect and fairness across the board. As a company, if we are to receive a negative review, we work with the customer to make their situation right. Rather, we seek to resolve the issue with the customer and their experience. We are confident in our company, its operations, and the workplace created. Feazel has been awarded one of the Best Places to Work in Columbus via Columbus Business First in 2020, and 2021. This comes from non-incentivized, pressure-free feedback from current employees. It’s an incredible honor to be able to receive this award and one that we’re most proud of as a brand. Thank you for your feedback.

Leadership changes needed

Pros

Some flexibility in schedule, casual dress code, small/medium sized company with room to grow if you are well positioned.

Cons

Very poor communication and teams do not work well together. Leadership decisions are inconsistent and often the social game is better rewarded than good work or being qualified. A place that works really hard to find new ways to innovate but fails to execute effectively and ultimately goes back to status quo. Tech is not good, working out of multiple systems and completing manual processes for things that don't make sense. Rare to promote from within and keeps hiring needs secretive.
