Pros

Worked at Feazel for several years. Overall they are consistent and passionate about sales and customer service. It’s an easy product to sell, because it is warranted for so long by the company - upper management is knowledgeable about products and sales processes.

Cons

No cons - we work hard at Feazel, encouraged to sell, be honest and do well. If your wanting to sit back and relax, might not be the place for you. The payoff for working hard is provided.

Pros

Started off really good. Had to wait for lawsuit settlement/payouts before writing review. Feazel/Lloyd’s made everyone happy with settlement (homeowner, attorney, contractor, and witness). Get some experience and move on.

Cons

Big on micro-management. Change process and lack of training. Feazel’s craftsmanship might cause a roofing/ceiling leak and/or collapse. Unfortunately had to witness.

Feazel has been a great company for myself and also my family. They have flexible schedules, easy to talk to managers and really care about their employees.

I have not found any cons so far.
