company fully bait and switches everything from job description to incentive structure, fires with no notice, gives insufficient training, building is filthy.

I loved all the people I worked with over my 34 year career. Being a White Glove Government Agent, I worked on many Secret projects. I held a Secret Security Clearance with our US Government. My final position was a Security Specialist where I was responsible for monitoring high profile loads.

Cons

My father became ill and Covid put a strain on our company in ways that required 55+ hour work weeks. My family needed me and I had to make a choice. I was able to take early retirement and help with extra care my family required.

Good sales leaders Great training Good PTO structure Everyone was very helpful and willing to answer questions Overall a really good first sales job for anyone trying to get some experience.

Cons

Low pay even for FedEx standard No direction from the new sales VP Set ambitious post covid goals and we’ve all seen how that’s affected businesses Wanted employees to only care about new business and not returning customers
