Health benefits, sick time, pto, met some very nice people, FedEx overall has a good reputation, this operating unit is very questionable

Cons

Pay plan is not good, Watch your commission checks,they make a lot of mistakes and don't pay you if they can get away with it. Say one thing and do another, fire a lot of people and write people up, big turnover rate,not ethical, mismanaged, most people don't last 2 years about half make it to the one year mark.

great benefits package -pension and a 401K, opportunity to move within the family of companies. a premium brand with a solid selling platform.

Cons

Coming from a true freight brokerage operations the segmented operations will be challenging. If you are a remote (virtual) the disconnection will be apparent. The need for additional in depth training on product knowledge/service offerings

Pros

Was able to see all of the lower 48 of the US and a great deal of Canada. Meeting people across the country and experiencing different lifestyles in different regions.

Cons

Sitting for long periods of time (in excess of 3 days or longer) where you don't have any loads so you're not making money. Recently, low rates have made it very difficult to make a living.
