      Nice building and fun co-workers

      Cons

      Lack of Communication. Constant changing of your goals and the goalposts making it almost impossible to hit your commission goals. lack of leadership. Job security as more cuts get made. some employees took a 60%+ pay cut due to new management rules. Micromanagement.

      PTO amount is great and keeps getting higher the longer you stay

      Cons

      Upper management could care less. Brought in someone from corporate and he’s basically cleaning house and has taken employees that have been here 20+years jobs away. Employees on my team and direct managers care but otherwise I’m a butt in a chair. No body knows the direction of the company anymore. Today it’s hybrid wfh but it can be changed at anytime. Even after upper management previously stated we’d stay hybrid moving forward.

      Nice building...some nice people. Good location. Nice café.

      Cons

      If you don't fit in with their cliques, they tend to completely ignore you. A lot of the employees stand around and talk about their personal lives and yack all day. I was treated rudely by some of the people. Instead of socializing, they should be training people better.
