      My experience with FedEx was mixed. While a few teams were supportive and encouraging, others had a highly challenging and, at times, toxic work environment. The overall experience varied significantly depending on the team

      Cons

      The overall culture in my team was extremely toxic. The manager was very rude and showed little concern for employees' well-being or mental health. It was an unhealthy work environment, so I strongly recommend carefully evaluating the team before joining.
