If you enjoy pretending to work while accomplishing nothing meaningful, this is your paradise

The manager is toxic, indecisive and has no clue what direction the team should take. Every day feel like guessing what he want coz he doesn't know himself Zero Teamwork or innovative Everyone is completely disconnected with modern tools or even basic AI tools No useful analysis work, no learning, no growth just endless monotonous busywork to justify existing. When I joined it was 2 days work from home. And they changed it to 4 days, Monday to Thursday.
