Pros

This job definitely comes with some good perks that is really beneficial.

Cons

During these shifts not only are they overnight but you don’t get a break, either it’s overwhelming or you just standing around waiting for trucks to arrive with packages that needs to get processed into the building.

Pros

You get paid a fair rate for the hard work you do while you do your job. If you make the right connections, it is a bit better to work longer hours. They're good about safety. Especially in a very old warehouse.

Cons

Hours vary rather drastically. If you go to OPA you are tasked with picking up shifts from the shift marketplace in the schedule app. If no shifts are available to meet the requirement of a minimum of two shifts in a 30-day period (or three shifts in a 30-day period during peak) then you lose your job. They take out a good bit in taxes every payday. So every Friday when you get paid, you can expect to lose half or three quarters of your pay in taxes.
