Bad higher management when I was there, hard to get decent hours for full time

Young kids and favoritism run amuck . If planning on being a night driver plan on being held . Because most centers treat you like a dog . You will get held to work the docks so they can let they're buddy dock workers go home. Plus that way they don't have to pay the dock workers overtime. Also my personal experience Iv'e had dispatchers and management lie together about situations. Also beware all the desks on the docks have mics , so they can bait you into saying something then print it out of context so you are the bad guy . Just a heads up. They call it Fed Up for a reason.
