As a OS I was treated as if I was an hourly employee with the "requirement" to fulfill the mandatory 50 hour work week. When the freight levels were low and we had a chance to leave early I was told that my paycheck was for 50 hours and to go find something to do for the next hour until my shift was over. Yet, when freight volume was high and we had to work over 50 hours that was acceptable. Also, the annual salary for a OS is very low considering your paycheck is based on a 50 hour work week.

Long hours. Some inconsistency when dealing with corrective actions process. The few co workers that are just there for a paycheck make some things extremely difficult.
