      15 hours day are not out of the question. 11 hours min with nothing extra. Small bonuses if you get one. Poor yearly insentives.

      Very simple, easiest money I have ever made, supervisors make the job fun.

      Cons

      Supervisors play favorites; sometimes for the right reasons, but still. Inconsistent accountability is held on associates. Attitudes of supervisors can switch quick.
