      Work from home, OT was available at the time, room more advancement

      Cons

      Low bonuses, started to lay off employees with zero notice since they hired outside of the US to handle the job. Only to save more money in their pocket. Extremely strict hours policy - If you clocked out more than 5 minutes later than your designate time, you would be written up.

      Decent money. Ok benefits. Actual got heat on dock 2 years ago, so winters somewhat bearable

      Cons

      Unfair treatment by center manager. Borderline discrimination. Other leadership allowed to not show up whenever and keep their jobs. I was terminated without being told specific resson.
