      The company is forward thinking. Put time and effort into those that are willing to push forward. With growth and leadership programs available.

      Cons

      Depending on who you know and where you may be. Opportunity for those next steps can be limited. Getting started at a younger age is helpful. Once a family is involved the hours for junior leaders is less than desirable.
