      Dispatchers are all about favoritism. Takes years to get a 40-hour paycheck. Supervisors micromanage you.

      The pay is competitive and equipment is decent

      Cons

      This is the worst company I have ever worked for. Dispatchers are all about favoritism. The Doc supervisors micromanage every little thing you do. Upper management doesn't have your back for anything. It takes many years before you can get a 40-hour paycheck. I've seen other drivers leave after only working here for 3 months because there is no hours. The work is very inconsistent and is not economy proof. My advice is to go to ABF and stay away from this place. I've wasted a few years working here trying to make it work out but I'm on my way out.

      Pros

      Great pay. Always guaranteed 8 hrs via driving or dock. Driver apprenticeship. Not so strict on certain mistakes.

      Seniority is a joke.

      Benefits are really good. Hourly pay is good if you chose the dock or driver positions

      Cons

      Management is poor a really high turnover rate they can never keep leadership. Front line supervisor are overworked and underpaid with no support from upper management.
