      Pros

      Always doing something, must complete all bills before leaving (300-500 per night). Plenty of phone calls and dock worker/driver issues keep things busy. Also setting appts, and forwarding important critical messages through email is part of the job

      Cons

      Angry customers call sometimes, but if you have a calm voice and a good negotiator type of personality, you can work through calls. You must fully understand the implications of setting appts, etc.

      Great Company, Great Benefits but Poor Management

      Pros

      The pay is amazing. I've been with the company for almost a year and a half. I started out making $16.16 and I am now up to $19.76. I have insurance with my mom but if not I would use the one they provide for us. Being a part timer and being able to get good insurance is amazing. My coworkers who do use the insurance say that it's good. I also love how I didn't need any experience with forklifts to get this job (they train everyone regardless of if you have experience or not). The ability to move up in the company is good too.

      Cons

      Since we work on an open dock it's basically working in outside conditions but slightly amplified. The supervisors and managers at my terminal aren't the best and they have a high turnover rate for supervisors. Management needs to do some training on how to talk to and treat their employees.

      Pros

      Fantastic pay, cheap but good insurance for both full time and part time (dental, medical, vision), family vibe, great upper management, holidays off, 401k option for everyone, flexible scheduals, etc.

      Cons

      It takes a long time to become full time employee.
