      Pros

      Excellent pay, lower management treats everyone great, good schedule. Most things about the company are great. Overall satisfied with the company

      Cons

      Equipment isn't always in the greatest shape, sometimes we run out of supplies and have to make due. District management seems to only be focused on numbers, and it takes away from employee moral often

      Pros

      They offered great benefits, even to part time employees, I started out as an intern and made more money than when I switched over to part time, which was weird, but they were very supportive while I finished off with school, the management was great, I have nothing bad to say about them.

      Cons

      The only reason I didn't stay on with the company is because I saw that if I were to move up in the company there wasn't too much of a work life balance.

      Pros

      The wages were good, and the benefit were good as well. The company appears the a leader in it's industry, and it should be around for a long time.

      Cons

      No work life/balance. They will put a lot of pressure on you to work as fast, and at the same time, and to be error free and have no safety violations. If you have problems with either one, they are happy to have you leave. The turnover there is high, and most people are gone it a few months.
