      Pros

      great pay, safety is always a high priority, great insurance benefits

      Cons

      cronyism at the management level, harassment and abuse routinely gets swept under the rug, workers are not coached properly, rules are not enforced, constant damage or loss of customers's freight

      Benefits seem to be really good; I was not expecting to remain employed part time with this industry beyond this past Summer. Less than 6 months work experience for me in the industry and I appreciate the opportunity to take a look at a totally new business area to work for and I hope I can continue to work for the company once I become hired full time again with other companies.

      Cons

      Schedule changes vary week to week and the turn over is constant (Not much can be done about co-worker’s demeanor and work availability).
