Pros
As a former senior driver there, I worked with some if the best in the industry.
Cons
I am a former senior driver here (18 years, and a top producer, not just a disgruntled slacker who was forced out). Increasingly top heavy, beurocratic, everyone is just a number atmosphere. Employees are beginning to leave at an unprecedented rate in the last year. At my facility alone, six supervisors, at least 7 drivers, and multiple dockworkers have left in the last year, at an excellerated rate in the last few months, with more to follow. Morale killing atmosphere.
