The pay varies based on location although you’re doing the same job with the same company 😡 with no clear reason for the disparity. The company has gotten too corporate and missing what use to be more employee friendly. Although it’s the same company, each location seems to operate based on a set a rules designated by the current manager in place at the time. Don’t get me started with the insurance!!

Supervisors seem to be against the employees or they treat them as they are inferior to them when most of them started at the bottom and moved up.
