Everything else. Extreme nepotism. Policy would apply only when the senior manager would want it to apply. They allowed harassment & bullying to run rampant in the building. They were aware of it, they didn't. And the people who stood up for themselves were the ones got fired.

This organization is behind the times with everything. Leadership lacks innovation and the organization is resistant to change. You will be asked to do things outside of your job duties on numerous occasions. They talk about the purple promise but they conduct lay offs regularly I believe it is actually apart of their business model. The people in leadership create these outlandish rules and except it to be carried out by the people at the bottom. Selfish organization that only cares about bottom line. Welcome to corporate America!
