      Pros

      Wage is adequate for area. Benefits are above average for cost.

      Cons

      Potential to work 60 hours a week. Management is not equipped to fix individual issues with routes, the only option is "more training." Company was unable to provide me with a security badge to access facility even after 6 weeks of employment.
