You will never be laid off, so you have job security. That's... about it.
Cons
Extremely top-down as an organization. Disagree with you boss on anything? Good luck, your boss is GOD. Also, field of work, skill, merit, dedication DO NOT MATTER at FedEx. The ONLY that matters is years of experience. Young people universally make less, and old people universally make more. Naturally, morale is pretty low (no point in pushing yourself). As a former fullstack developer, I can confirm that code quality is garbage. Very backward looking company.
