Company provides extensive training. All procedures and policies are easily accessible. Working on better work/life balance. Great place with comparable salaries depending on location and local management.

Cons

Not a people organization. When I left it was because upper management was not adhering to policies at the location where I worked. I left my managers not the organization. Can be quit competitive depending on the culture of the local facility. The culture starts at the top.

Troops in the field are good people. Job opportunities for Attorneys are great

Low pay, poor benefits, overall... company has no integrity!! Watch your check weekly! they routinely Under pay!!! PGH has lost touch with the working world and has no idea what happens outside of their building. PGH is totally incompetent, they treat anyone outside PGH like Dirt and have a God complex. 53% of management surveyed are considering leaving company in next 12 months. 87% contractors passed on opportunity to expand with in last 12 months and anticipate same for next 12. most popular comment from contractors "thanks to IRS rules we are trapped and can not quit"
