- Low opportunity for promotions / changing departments - Slow to learn / adapt new business strategies - Single-facet business, workers are not engaging in the entirety of brokerage

The work is easy, you get health insurance.

Cons

You have to work in the office and the work is mindless. You won't get any meaningful raise. It's better to keep swapping jobs. Also it feels like management is actively trying to get people to quit by creating new miserable policies.
